Here is the tale of a young girl who escaped being sucked dry by a leech. She met the devil on the way to her bed, when she politely tripped on that old devil's whip. "He picked her up from the ground and twirled her madly round and round. That night she saw when she undressed, his mark was burned upon her breast." From then she could do marvelous things - breathe fire upon a bird whilst it sing. Running on a merry romp, wilt plants and kill innocent ants with just one stomp. Fly in the air while looking down, laughing all the while at her silly town. Wear hats and braids and metal in the strangest way, all because of that simple day. Her tale is long and my mind old, I cannot trust all the things I might have been told. I just know she disappeared without a trace. It was as if she had been erased, for once she was young and sweet and gay, but she is no more. No, not today. And the life she lived would have sucked her dry if she had never learned to fly
