About Me
Simone Barbaresi was born on 31st January 1972 in Civitanova Marche.
He has been playing in the coolest clubs of whole Europe, such as the Aqua Disco Village – one of the discos that made the history of house music on the Italian riviera –, two of the most famous clubs in Riccione
Cocorico,Pascià ,Prince,PeterPan,Ecu,Echoes,Matis,RedZone,Ma
gazziniGenerali,Cafe Solaire and many others...
where he has been working side by side with international deejays like Fat Boy Slim, Coccoluto, Dorfmaister Howie B and many others.
He worked for international events like the Pravda (Lucern), Club Indochine (Zurich) and took care of the music during the parties of famous brands like Dolce & Gabbana (Pachà Madrid), Replay (Cologne), Giorgio Armani (Party Private) and the American editorial staff of GQ Magazine.
He scored the music for the national event on the Spoleto exhibition “Gioielli di scena†(Jewels On Stage) organised by Swarovski, and chose the music for the Combo fashion show. He has won the Italian selection of the Movida Corona, which allowed him to take part in the world final contest in Madrid (Kapital theatre).
He created InDaHouse, a radio programme broadcasted every Friday on Radio Linea. Together with the bass player Saturnino Celani, he featured the first edition of Digital Sneakers and collaborated on the project ComboExperience, which was produced by important labels such as Irma Records, Nun Record, Compilation FILA, Compilation PeterPan, and many others.
Since 2005 he has managed the sound for the project Doctormusicproject, which has taken him into the recording studios. Doctormusicproject is a very personal music project made of combinations of sounds and rhythms, together with a final cut-paste which contributes to create a very peculiar and unique sound, recorded into the EP “Fight 4 your right 2 party†and produced by Timewarp Music.
