Hey Guys Yes I have finally fully completed my new studio! Melbourne Mobile Recordings aim is to provide an on location, fully set up recording facillity for musicians predominately in a live environment (Live Gigs) or studio albums at a location of your choice (EG. from the bands home). I also have a studio facillity if you are looking for the studio vibe. I also work in conjunction with the camera crew from Asylum TV to offer bands not only live audio, but live footage fully filmed and edited ready for DVD sales or promo use! Please email me for more details. I use a combination of "OLD SKOOL" and "NEW SKOOL" gear. From the latest Mackie digital DXB production console to DBX 160X's and 1970's Neumanns. I track all my stuff on a Mackie HDR24 and mix in Pro Tools. I recently sold my tape machine cause no one wanted to buy tape. :-((My myspace address is the one I was using for my cover band (yes all you original bands seething out there, I do play in a covers band; hey how do you think I could afford to build a kick ass studio?) so dont be confused with this. The recording is of a DEMO I did for a band called Protosoul which I was very sad to see break up before they really gave it a chance.
