About Me

Hello everybody,First, I sell real estate in the Arizona, but I also have access to hard money...need any?I was born and raised in a small town in the east side of Washington state. I moved to Spokane, WA and attended college. After college, I moved to Arizona.I have had the pleasure of not marrying and not having children (does that make me a bad person?). People ask me all the time how somebody my age could have managed not to get married. I find that quite an interesting question given the divorce rate these days. Would it really be better that I had married and divorced...? My answer is usually always the same: ...little bit of smarts and a WHOLE lot of luck!Although I sell real estate in all of the Phoenix metro area, I specialize in Scottsdale, AZ. However, it is not unusual for me to travel from Goodyear, to Surprise and back down to Chandler and Gilbert and anywhere in between.Prior to going into real estate, my job was handling litigated liquor liability claims nationwide. What that means is that I handled bar claims. That's right...bar claims. Basically, my job was to investigate, negotiate and evaluate liability and injury claims. As a result, I had to negotiate and defend, usually high dollar claims (deaths, dismemberment, etc) with even the most disturbingly abusive attornies from all over the nation including, but not limited to New Jersey, Boston, Pennsylvania and New York. ...believe me, I was NEVER bullied!!!I remember flying over the valley while working as a claims examiner, looking out the window down upon the valley and seeing all the construction going on.... I thought, "I'm in the wrong business."I made it in this business despite the fact that 80% of the agents fail. I did it because of the internet. Many, many agents don't believe that they can actually get business from the internet...funny isn't it...?My clients almost always become my great friends. I believe in taking extremely good care of my clients and I will go above and beyond to make them happy. I am extremely good at my job and expect the same out of anybody I work with.I believe in soooo many ways that I have been blessed beyond my imagination. I couldn't have known to ask for as much as I've been given and believe that I owe it forward...!If you want to e-mail me, feel free! I'd love to hear from you.I'm here to network and meet lots of new friends. What else is there about me...I love animals, and have two cats that I adore. When I ask Toto if he wants food, he always states, "Yeeeaaaahhhhh." He loves to eat, begs like a dog and fetches when he's in the mood. Gin Gin likes the water from the faucet to drip on his head and will wake me up to turn the faucet on.... __________________________________________________________ I like to wine and dine, laugh, travel and have as much fun as possible...www.RealtorRhonda.comDo you or anybody you know need to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
