I think I’m a pretty normal guy but some people might disagree with that. I am a very relaxed person unless it is something I am passionate about then I become obsessive. My three obsessions in no particular order are: fitness, business, and the best sport ever…hockey!! These three things take up the majority of my time. I just wish I could fit some more hockey in there. Fitness and business I believe go hand in hand; the better you feel, the more productive you are. I’m a military brat and couldn’t be happier about that. I’m very proud of my father’s 22 year service in the United States Navy. It is cliché to say but he is my hero. His discipline as a Navy officer transformed him into a great business man and that is where my love for real estate began. I have been in real estate since I graduated from high school and plan on making it my career. My original plan in real estate is different from what I had planned but when you find something you believe in, you have to pursue it with all your heart.

As a real estate agent for six years, I know first hand the high cost of advertising each property you have listed. First pay to put it in the MLs. Then pay to put it in the newspaper. Then pay to advertise your open house. Then pay for flyers…the list goes on and on. We envisioned a site where a consumer could find any type of property they were looking for and never have the need to go to another site. The name of our site says it all: See ALL Listings. The only way to make this possible would be of the entire site was FREE to use. So that’s exactly what we did. We give all the tools someone will need to market a property and give the consumer all the information they need to find what they are looking for. The other main featured of the site is the state of the art open house directory and the agent directory. Consumers will be able to find open houses in their areas, and also will be able to find a comprehensive list of agents to choose from. The site is neutral to all real estate agents, as there is no way to advertise themselves or their companies on the site. We wanted to give no one a reason to say NO to SeeAllListings.com.
