DECORATING TIPS & STAGING - Decorating advice can also be an advantage. For example, I will be able to advise you on the colors your house is painted. I may suggest that neutral colors are better than a bright red dining room. Or, I may advise you to reduce clutter or even help you ‘stage’ your home in order to attract more buyers. EXPERTISE –I am the expert in what people want when buying houses. When it is your own home, you take your own tastes in account. It isn’t always easy to be objective and see what other people may want. PAPERWORK & DETAILS -I will also be able to take care of all the paperwork for you. I will draw up the sales agreement and take care of the details necessary in the sale of your home.NEGOTIATION SKILLS – I will act on your behalf as the selling agent. I will help negotiate with the buyer’s agent to get you the best price possible on the sale of your house. SHOWING THE BEST SIDE OF YOUR HOUSE - When showing your house, I will be able to point out all the ‘pros’ that your house offers. Sometimes you may overlook certain advantages your house has to offer because you are so used to them.
