I train myself and train my clients in the CrossFit style. CrossFit is infinitely scaleable, so whether you're an athlete or a grandmother, you can and should do CrossFit.
The place I train myself and train my clients is CrossFit NYC . Come try a class for free, or contact me (email: allison AT crossfitnyc DOT com) if you'd like to try a first one-on-one training session for free. Also, add my gym as your MySpace friend.
