About Me

Where do I begin? I was born in Venezuela where most of my family now resides. Strangely enough, my home will always be North Dakota where I spent nearly 15 years of my life. I moved to New York City in the last months of 2001. As the days have passed I've seen this city go from something I once admired for its diversity and seemingly tolerant attitudes to a city that is grounded in disturbing chaos amid faceless faces. I guess I miss my home, not that the people are much better there; yet at the very least I feel like I can breathe and see nature in the purest form possible. So...my music kind of resembles what I feel everyday, as I expect, most music reflects the feelings of its creator. I wish life could be more simple, as I ironically fill out a "blog" on myspace. So, yes. Again. My music is very simple because that's really all I can play, in addition to it being a much needed ease in a world that has seemingly gone mad. I depend on my words and my voice to carry the song, as opposed to my strumming which is either frequently out of tune or faulty at its fingerpicking. So, for your listening pleasure...and mine as well...I hope you enjoy my small and imperfect contribution to life. Thank you.
