Ray Gun Revival

Ray Gun Revival magazine (RGR) is a growing online e-zine dedicated to space opera (like Star Wars and Firefly) and golden-age sci-fi.The stories cover a wide range from the edge of hard science fiction to science fantasy, with a strong emphasis on adventure and character development.The RGR Overlords (founders and editors) are attempting nothing less than re-invigorating space opera itself. Think of all that classic pulp fiction from Doc Smith to Edgar Rice Burroughs to James Blish, and then think of more recent stuff from Star Wars (EP IV - VI, especially), Orson Scott Card, and Lois McMaster Bujold, and throw in Joss Whedon's Firefly, and you'll have an idea of what we're shooting for.
