About Me

Daniel is a 21 year old musician/songwriter from NSW, Australia. growing up listening to Willie Nelson, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Filipino folk music, 2pac + basically everything in the New Jack Swing Period (teddy riley, babyface, bobby brown) daniel always had a diversity of music surrounding his ears, he started playing piano at age 2 but it wasn't until he picked up a guitar at age 15, under the influence of Ben Harper & Eric Clapton where he felt he found his place in the music world, winning 2 competitions with his 2 high school bands Rossabs & Browntone. He started writing at age 17 heavily influenced by the poetic art of Tupac Amaru Shakur. Daniel is currently a music director of a local church, where he has said it to be the best play to play music.. :) Daniel has played with some of newcastle's finest musicians including Adam Miller & FumiBoca, Phil Tweed, Gianni Michellini, Marissa Saroca, Holly Clayton, Jason Lowe, Ronny Haryanto, & screaming jets legend Grant Walmsley. he has been requested back 3 years in a row to perform for Newcastle Music Week (TAFE). He is also currently employed as a guitarist for Let's Talk Entertainment & has played for Talk of the Town, Nesian, Ryde & Brown Suga.. in 2007 Daniel released his first acoustic Ep (BIGG shout out to Adam Miller & Holly Clayton) and he plans to record his first Lp later in 2007 with a full band...
