About Me

We have 50K of state of the art Void Acoustics Stasys 3 Mid/Tops, and Looneybin Bass cabs. All of the speaker cabinets contain custom made drive units and have highly developed horn loaded designs to give the best sound quality and high efficiency. Power comes from MC2 E-Series, Lab Gruppen and Camco Vortex amplification, along with Voids very own processing. The system can provide very high sound pressure levels, massive amounts of bass along with the clear, high resolution sound required in todays most demanding outdoor, club and live music environments.THE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ENQUIRIES PLEASE MESSAGE ME, OR E.MAIL ME AT:- [email protected] have all the relevant equipment to do live work available (desks, monitors and FX racks etc), and a team of friendly and experienced sound engineers and crew.Systems are available from 600w up to the full 50k, and can be transported and setup nationwide and beyond. Lighting, Lasers and Pyrotechnics, Generators, Staging and Marquees, Crowd barriers and all the necessary hardware for putting on the likes of big outdoor events, festivals and stage shows can be supplied. In the past we have done nights/events with:- CONGO NATTY, UNDILUTED RECORDS, THE SLAUGHTERMOB (STAMP AND GO), DUB PRESSURE, NOTTINGHILL CARNIVAL, POISON UK, RENEGADE HARDWARE, BREAKIN SCIENCE, ESSENCE OF DUB, THE ROCKET FESTIVAL, VALENTINES MASSACRE SOUNDCLASH, SABBATH, ROOTS GARDEN, BUST THE BOX, WRONG MUSIC, SQUARE ROOTS, CARBON, ESSENCE OF CHI, AUTOPSY, GENER8OR, WHITE RHINO, CALABASH, PSYCHDELICIOUS, HAVOK, SO LOUD, THE LONGEST DAY FESTIVAL, THE CHICHESTER BEER AND CIDER FESTIVAL and many private functions and parties.IN 06 WE SHIPPED THE RIG OVER TO SPAIN FOR THE "ROCKET FESTIVAL", WHERE WE TOOK CHARGE OF SOUNDS FOR THE MAIN DANCE STAGE. THE EVENT HAS SADLY BEEN CANCELLED THIS YEAR DUE TO LACK OF FINANCIAL BACKING, BUT WILL HOPEFULLY RETURN NEXT YEAR TO ESTABLISH ITSELF AS ONE OF THE MAJOR EUROPEAN FESTIVALS.06 WAS ALSO OUR FIRST YEAR AT THE NOTTINGHILL CARNIVAL. WE TEAMED UP WITH A GROUP CALLED CALABASH FOR THE WEEKEND, PLAYING SOCA MUSIC, ON WHAT MANY PEOPLE REGARDED TO BE THE LOUDEST FLOAT TAKING PART IN THE EVENT, AND PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST SOUNDING (IN MY COMPLETELY UNBIASED OPINION..!).THIS YEAR WE TEAMED UP WITH POISON UK, PROBABLY THE LARGEST ORGANISATION TO BE INVOLVED WITH RUNNING FLOATS AT THE CARNIVAL, AND PLACED SOME UTTERLY OBSCENE SOUND SYSTEMS ONTO BOTH OF THEIR TRUCKS (PICS NOW INC). THE CROWDS AND GROUND AROUND US QUITE LITERALLY SHOOK AS WE PARADED THROUGH THE STREETS, SURROUNDED BY OVER 1000 DANCERS, MANY OF WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE BONAFIDE BEAUTY QUEENS FROM THE CARIBBEAN... OOOOH, LUCKY, LUCKY US! UNFORTUNATELY I WAS SLIGHTLY CLUMSY AND EVEN BEFORE THE PARADE BEGAN, I FELL FROM THE TRUCK AS IT PULLED OFF AND HURT MY LEG QUITE BADLY. NOT ONLY DID THAT MEAN BEING PRETTY MUCH UNABLE TO WALK FOR THE WHOLE EVENT, BUT ON MY RETURN TO BRIGHTON MY RIGHT LEG GOT INFECTED WITH CELLULITOUS, AND I HAD TO SPEND THE BETTER PART OF 2 DAYS ON A DRIP IN HOSPITAL WHICH NEARLY STOPPED ME FROM GOING ON HOLIDAY THE DAY AFTER.. OOOPSY.. HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR WILL BE SLIGHTLY LESS OF A PAINFULL EXPERIENCE!
