Robbie Rage
Robbie Rage was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Rage trained in the WCW Power Plant and made his pro debut in 1995. He wrestled for the WCW but accomplished nothing.
Kenny Kaos
Kenny Kaos was born in Anchorage, Alaska and made his pro debut in 1998. He also was a Tag Team Champion but he actually didn't win the title. Rick Steiner beat Scott Steiner and the Giant at the 1998 Halloween Havoc and Rick chose Kaos as his partner.
Together in WCW
Together they formed High Voltage. They were a Tag Team used mostly on WCW Saturday Night which was the show for the mid-carders to go over the jobbers. High Voltage was a very very low mid-card team, they won matches but lost matches. They had a feud with Disordaly Conduct which led to a few Tag Matches on WCW Saturday Night with both teams passing wins.
Now
Now both men have drug problems and are addicted to Steroids and are wrestling in Tricked Out Wrestling. They are the top team and they beat the MIB's Team Teach, and the Exterminators to become the very first TOW Tag Team Champions. They also have a manager in Dawn Marie, she is a distraction for their opponents, not because of her looks but because she don't know who her baby's daddy is and it could be anyone so she asks High Voltage's opponets. High Voltage is back, and they're in the house and if you don't like them then they will fuck your mother
