About Me

Welcome to TUNDRAs page on MySpace.
February 14th 2008
Tundra are keeping busy rehearsing the new material at the moment. March 3rd is when we enter the studio to lay down six new songs. It's hard work getting to the point where everythings nice and tight but we are slowly but surely getting there. Be patient, ok?

Well, things are a bit topsy-turvy in the Tundra camp at the moment. Last update I wrote that Ola had left the band but guess what, he's back again :) We had a talk and he told me he really wanted to stay in the band. Ola has a new job with better hours, giving him time to rehearse and eventually do some gigging so welcome back you chinless sticksmacker! :D
The new demo is coming along fine. Lyrics for five songs (out of six) are written and studio time has been booked in March. The material ranges from brutally heavy and epic to fast and angry tunes. Stay tuned for more info.
The band TUNDRA was formed in March 2006, played a small gig and has mainly been a studio project since. New songs are constantly being recorded so make sure you come back for some brand new soundfiles shortly.
We come from a small town in northern Sweden (hence the name), keyboard player Fabio excepted. He is from Italy and we have never met. Fantastic musician.
TUNDRAs roots lie deeply in the path previously walked by such giants as Priest, Accept, Saxon, Sabbath, Maiden and other legends. Old school if you will.
Hopefully we will make new friends on MySpace.
