Add to My Profile | More VideosOriginally from La Ronge Saskatchewan Canada, DJ AAsH Money has set himself on a mission to push the limits of a dj's imagination, thinking outside the box, limiting nothing, but yet taking it at a slow, one day at a time approach.Music genres consist of: Rap, R & B, Reggae, Rock, Crunk, ScreW, Country, and now starting to learn House music and trying to figure out what his Hyphy thing is all about. All both Curent as well as Old School artists & tracks. Remixing, blending, addicted to the art of the Screwed and Chopped sound, and dont forget a little bit of scratching and beat juggling here and there. ha haBeen a DJ since 1998 when he bought his First DJ Mixer from a Radio Shack and bought two portable CD players From the North Mart in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Simply on a mission to fade one song into the next and rock the party. From back in the day, he put Household stereo speakers on the roof of his 1988 Grand Marquis, setting up his mixer with the two portable cd players in the center of the gigantic front bench seat, sitting on the passenger side, & playing tunes til the northern lights turned into daylight at gravel pits up in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. DJ AAsH Money has now found himself in Southern Ontario, Canada. Playing at a variety of venues ranging from weddings out in the country to spinning house at lounges in the city. along with putting out mixtapes of club tracks and his personal remixes etc. Drove 38 hours once with his partner in hustle, all the way from Toronto, Ontario, to La Ronge, Saskatchewan and turned the party out with the turntables and mixer at his cousin's high-school grad dance. Respect for the family runs deep.Now Dj AAsH Money is on Myspace, Choppin Up Tracks From Coast 2 coast, From way Up North to Down in Tha Dirty South. Linked Up and joined forces With Young Dread & Murderous Soundz Down in Nashville Tennessee. There he was Introduced to Undefined Records.The 12 hour drive from Toronto to Nashville is starting to look all too familiar!! Then not to mention the 3 hour drive down the road to the ATL after that! Just Watch out for those tires on the side of the Interstate. He had one come flying right at me and smacked the front, right side of His car, Fucked it up pretty good!!DJ AAsH Money's Chopped and Screwed mixtapes Have been a Success in the South, However the North has proven to be not yet ready for The Slow Motion!So When it comes to dishing it up for the North, Spins at a more up-tempo style.Big shout out to Dj Starting from Scratch. When AAsH Money first started to spin on Turntables, he had this Ritual. He would sit in the Garage at 5 O'clock, turn the Radio to Flow 93.5, light a blunt, and listen to Starting From Scratch cut shit up on the traffic flow mix show. He usually couldn't sit for more than 25 minutes or so before taking off down to the basement and lighting up the Turntables.AAsH Money is almost entirely Self-Taught. Everything he has learned has come through observation and Experimentation. Some people like it, Some people Don't... Then come the Haterz!! Fuck Em!
