Originally from the South of France, I have been involved in music since an early age. From the age of 12, I studied drums for 5 years in France and soon started playing percussions, guitar and singing.
For the past 12 years I have been writing different styles of music (with songs both in English and French) and have performed my music at various London venues.
I have written music for short films and documentaries (see my videos). Some of my music has been recorded, including "La Rivière", for which I received the Michael Kamen Award in 2005, at the BAFTA Awards in London. La Rivière features one of my original guitar compositions accompanied by a string quartet for which I also wrote the scores. You can listen to La Rivière on this page.
As well as being involved in my own material, I am a drummer and percussionist in different bands including the Big Buzzard Boogie Band and South African band Simon Chauke & Pamoja .
I play percussions and have done some co-writing with the band SKYYE . Other co-writes include the song "Human Highway" with the Sam Joole Band , available on i-Tunes.
I also currently play and sing French Chansons with the band "L'Accordeon Expire", a title inspired from a Jacques Brel song "Le Port d'Amsterdam".
My latest recording is a Jazz album "Songs Without Words" (2008) with Dan Ecclestone , on Swanky Records
I followed an "ADP Composer" music course at the British Academy of New Music in 2005 and in 2007 have completed a Music Educator course.
