The Seven Nations
I've always found the Celts to be an interesting tribe of people. Their history and culture has long been illuminating for me.~ I'll find something interesting about one of the Seven Nations and spend days reading up on the subject. National Geographic Magazine has a nice article & slide show called The Celtic Realm which depects the Celts quite nicely.
Mountain Climbing,
I especially like to climb with my Scottish buddies.... kilted! But any mountain, anytime will do me just fine~
Baseball
now if only the Red Sox would do something interesting again~
Cooking a great meal.
I love food and a really great experiment with foods. I once made a chicken vindeloo that looked horrid, but the flavors were like a party! Yum, spicy curries!!! Awesome! ~
Beer
Scotch
Whiskey (Whisky)
Wine
They all make for a great night out with good friends. I'm not a girly drink person, most of the time those are too sweet to take or have milk in it.... Milk just doesn't belong in an alcoholic beverage. Not much of a mix drink drinker either. Just give me a beer or whiskey, or scotch and I'm good to go. I almost always have Heather with me when out with alcohol, she doesn't touch the stuff and is a great guardian & "DD".The moon... so interesting, so alluring, mysterious.....
This is our current moon position; at the Northern Hemisphere.

Coffee is a must first thing in the morning, and good dose of some really great music.
I'm not into the frappucino, cappuccino, latté, espresso stuff too much, but I will have a cup every once in a while... ordinarily,, it's just a cuppa coffee. From there, I can handle whatever the day throws at me.
I've been just about everywhere in the world. I love to travel and will pack it up and hit the road and any good opportunity, providing the cash is available. My travel stats:

Did I mention that I love men in kilts???
Anyone and everyone, I'm a friendly sort, but don't go posturing around me like a puffed up peacock.... It won't get you anywhere!
For my online friends, I'd really love to meet Trace & Therese. I want to watch Trace paint "live" and climb that mountain she's always taking pictures of in New Zealand. I want to see a real Kangaroo in Australia and experience Winter Moon with Therese! Then there's Jay.... the cowboy, I'm good with just knowing him as my daily dose of comedy via the internet, and his weekly updates on the ranch, but if truth be told, yeah.... All these years of cyber ghost etc... gotta meet him too.
Anyway, here are some of my favorite celebrities (in no particular order) that I wouldn't mind sharing a few pints with....
I play the violin,
I don't play well, but I enjoy it just the same. I truly believe that playing and reading music keeps your mind alive. I love any music that moves me. Tapping my toes, clapping my hand, banging my head, or shaking the bootie; whatever, if it moves me, it's all good.
Some inspiring favorites are: John Lee Hooker, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rusted Root, Lorenna McKennitt, Greenwich Meantime, Seven Nations, Chee-Yun, Dave Matthews Band, Peter Gabriel, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Glengarry Bhoys, The Tragically Hip, The Sundays, U2, Young Dubliners, Beatles.... the list goes on, but you get the picture ;)
Grandpa... One of my fondest memories is of us peeling bananas together, we must have peeled 20+ bananas, and Mum had no idea what she was going to do with so many peeled bananas.
