My Interests

Genetics, my 360, kayaking (who knew?), travel, travel, and more travel, hanging on the beach, improv comedy, and chilling with my buddies.
I've been everywhere man, I've been everywhere... I've been to: Canada, USA, Mexico, Cayman Islands, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Japan, Thailand!!... giddee up!

I'd like to meet:

Here to reconnect with old friends who have scattered across the globe, and meet some new interesting people.

Music:

All over the map here. Mostly goth/industrial/EBM with psy-trance and darkwave thrown in for fun. So why I am listening to Madonna mashups? I'll listen to anything with a solid beat.

Movies:

Robot Chicken. Robot Chicken. Robot Chicken. I've been saying this for like 2 years dammit - watch it already! "Waiting" is a new fav, but I love anything with good one-liners. "Anchorman" makes me snort beer.

Television:

They still have that? Gave up the cable. Now I digest my media in DVD or torrent format. Typically hate the tube.. so why am I a LOST junky? I only watch TV in hotels - which is why I love traveling in the US... two words: Adult Swim.

Books:

CURRENTLY READING: Hunter S. Thompson - The Gonzo Papers Volume2.____ Graphic novels. Oh yeah. Anything by Lovecraft. Have you heard of a guy named Warren Ellis? Sucker for sci-fi.Non-fiction: Malcolm Gladwell (Tipping Point, Blink), Bill Bryson (Short History of Nearly Everything)
Video Games Oblivion, CallOfDuty 2, Halo 2

Heroes:

Right now, I'm my own freaking hero.
Words That Make Me Think ~~~There's That Goddamn Sun Again~~~ Another day down the mines of our lives. We drink 'til we stink and smoke 'til we choke because that's how we get things done, you and me. Spending our lives making things and making things out of our lives, because anything else would be dull as hell and we're damned if we're going to sit at the other end of whatever years we get saying, well, what the fuck was that for?Years of scars, lipstick and tears, and every day the dawn comes on we turn our eyes up in surprise, saying, "There's that goddamn sun again."© Warren Ellis 2006 http://www.warrenellis.com/
