Born May 13th, this South Shore resident Lino Giovannetti aka "Tha Kid LG" has been makin music since 12years old. Although he started singin at age 7 hip hop always had his heart. "I remember listenin to Keep Your Head Up on the way to school in the mornin, Pac had me in the zone", it was something positive, but it still had that urban swag. Nowaydays cats like Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Asheru, and Little Brother are what you can find in Tha Kid's Collection. "I just love that soulful shit, anything thats from the heart I'm vibin' with it. People don't realize how much a words worth, and I'm tryin' to open some eyes."
As far as credetials go LG has shows under his belt at venues like The Rack, Pufferbellies, and Simmons College, Good Times, V & M along with various shows put together at local halls. Tha Kid has also appeared on numerous mixtapes across MA. Keepin that concious swagger is hard with all the business "Laffy Taffy" goin on, but Tha Kids definately got that heart.
