I actually have a lot of interests which change from time to time. I love photography and will take a picture of anything! I can see a bug crawling on a piece of grass and I’m ready to get my camera out..lol. Music is a must in my life and I am VERY passionate about the piano both listening and playing. I enjoy dancing because it’s fun learning new things and it’s a great workout! I also have a passion for antique wardrobe trunks ( I currently have 2, one of which is from the early 1900's ), big trucks, loud cars, motorcycles, strippers, rockers/guitar players, and writing/reading poetry. Doing animal rescue when I can is a great enjoyment for me, along with spending time with my own animals. I’ll also throw in that I like gnomes, fairies, witches, ghosts, black cats, and my favorite holiday that is right up there with Christmas on my list is Halloween…go figure! My new favorite interest is the legend of Blackbeard, and Beaufort, NC. Having gone on the 'Beaufort Ghost Walk', visiting the old cemetary, Blackbeard's house, and hearing the stories/folklore, etc. I look foward to learning more about the town as well as Blackbeard, and more local haunts.

I am a HUGE Big Hair Band Fan from the 80’s/90’s. Yes, I still listen to Poison, Guns-N-Roses, Motley Crue, Lita Ford, Ratt, Faster Pussycat, Tesla, Warrant, etc. and I’m not ashamed to admit that I have been caught singing ‘Fallen Angel’ with the windows down and everyone staring at me at the stop light. I also adore Tommy Lee, Jessica Simpson ( because she’s so damn hot! ), PINK, Madonna, Nelly, Rob Zombie, Harry Connick Jr., REHAB, Sunny Ledfurd, Panic At the Disco, Sacred, Korn, Staind, Lacuna Coil, Genitorturers, Bob Segar, George Strait, Journey, Don Henly, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Andy Griggs, Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins, Toby Keith, Ramones, Nickelback, Evanescence, The Donnas, Hinder, Marilyn Manson, Within Temptation, The Open Door, Gretchen, Abney Park, Disturbed, Concrete Blonde, Clutch, Faith and the Muse, and the list goes on and on. I am passionate about all music and I do support local/independent bands.
Ok – I’ve gotta be cheesy once more and just say that ‘The Notebook’ is one of my favorite movies of all times.
I know it’s a movie, but I personally think that everyone should experience love like that at least once in their lifetime. Another favorite of mine that's right up there with 'The Notebook' would have to be 'Hope Floats'.

Hello, my name is Amy, and I am a Reality TV show addict! I could watch hours and hours or reality shows and never get bored with it! David J Pelzer has a series of 3 books which include the abuse he suffered as a child and the man he grew up to be. Those books are an awesome read. I mainly enjoy reading more non-fiction/informative books, and I really enjoy reading about ghosts, witches, etc. ..
My Hero would have to be my Mom, she has been through so much in her life, and yet she always keeps her head up around me and no matter what's going on in her life, she always takes the time to listen to my problems - never judging me. Also, now being a Mom of 2 little girls, I now know what my parents went through as I was growing up, and it's not all fun and games! I would also have to say that all of the men and women in the US Military who defend our country each and every day are heroes in my eyes.
