N.U.M.B have successfully fused the genres to create their own genre,namely British Fusion. The music consists of fantastic musical hooks,acoustic guitar,heavy beats and basslines diversifying into the world of hip hop and MCs. Ben writes the lion share of the tracks and writes many of the beats and hooks and the band contribute their own parts. The whole band then produce and mix each track together.Things are moving fast for Exeter/London based band N.U.M.B. and they are making rapid progress in the music industry. They have gone from strength to strength and have currently notched up an impressive 190 gigs since forming in November 2006, including The 02 Wireless Festival, Hyde Park, The Oxford v Cambridge and Eton v Harrow Polo Varsity match at The Royal Ground,Windsor, Carling Academy, London, The Clapham Grand,London,Ashton Court, The Underworld,Camden,The Dogstar,London,The Cavern,Liverpool,The Barfly,Camden,The Fleece, Bristol, Mr Wolfs,Bristol, Troubadour,London, Bull and Gate,London-The Met Bar,London to name but a few. In the last year they have been driving up and down the country doing various TV and Radio appearances for such programmes as BBC Radio,Bristol,BBC Radio Devon,South hams Ragio,BBC Glasgow-Insight Radio,BlackRose Radio, Birmingham,Palm Fm, and Galaxy Radio, Vibraphonic FM, Exeter and in negotiation with Radio 1 1 Xtra. Numb are currently on SKY.TV (Guide 375) Musflash.TV, The Melting Pot HD live Sessions at Spectral TV.com,and have recently done an exclusive interview with Sub.TV-viewed by 1.8 million a day! Following their love of music Ben, Yas, MC Wyzeleigh and Steve also take the time to set up touring workshops, taking instruments and knowledge working with numerous schools from year 12 GCSE to partially sighted and hard of hearing students up and down the country. Festivals, 02 Wireless, Ashton Court, Watts Fest, Exeter Respect Festival, Oblivion Skate Festival, and are tipped to play Glastonbury...watch this space!!!! Numb are delighted to announce they are also making great steps in the right direction with support slots, recently working with Akala-Miss Dynamite's brother,will b supporting Jocelyn Brown on her next UK tour.Most recently supported Transglobal Underground With the release of the new album "Local Anaesthetic" Numb have worked side by side with Realm Commercial and produced a music video for the single release "Night Time" which has shot to number 18 on the "Most rated music video" on You Tube- competing with 40 thousand A list contenders.
