Anything that pulls me higher is a must. Religion (all... none of them have it all right... I take in the nutrients from a few), philosophy (especially Indian (buddhist, vedantist, shaivist, etc.) Health (healthy body = sexy body). Being upside-down. The golden mean spiral... Love, art, the usual inner smile establishers.

Evolutionaries... and I leave that out there. "I just don't want to be an ant"-- Waking Life. People who've seen Baraka. Folks who know all of the people on my heros list. Potential friends; to travel and visit locally. Virgos! The silly, the serious and the sexy. Fellow Yogis and Yoginis. Artists, musicians... (Hmmm) those who express with their livelihood. Not to be airy-fairy, but non-harmers (use your imagination). Bring in the poets (leave poetry in the comment space!) All dancers--especially B-boys (I've always had a thing for them! We can walk on our hands together). Anyone who is moved by movement and loves to push the limits of their body-mind continuum.
