Marina Seretis was born in Montreal and raised in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. She has one sibling and has always had a love for the performing arts whether it be dance, song or acting. She feels her life experiences have strongly influenced her to follow her dreams.
Marina is a versatile actor and voiceover artist as well as a singer. The lyrics to the tracks on her myspace page are written by Marina Seretis and Geeske Maan and the music writing, arrangment and production is done by Lin Gardiner. All vocals on these tracks whether lead, harmony or backup are performed by Marina Seretis.
Marina's vocals can also be heard on the soundtrack of the films "Shattered" and "The Entrance" which has won several awards and was shown in three international film festivals, the Eerie Horror Film Fest, The Rhode Island International Horror Film Fest, and the New York City Horror Film Festival.
Her song stylings range from pop, to adult contemporary, from rock to world beat. Marina's passion for song and dance comes through in her live performances. One of her live perormances was the Miss Vancouver Universe Pageant due to the cross-cultural/cross genre appeal of her sound.
