Shairah is an R&B/Hip Hop/Soul Artist who’s infectious vocals captivate her audience. This contagiously talented female is not only a songstress. Shairah is an accredited songwriter, composer, producer and founder of Lyrical Mistress Entertainment. Though Shairahs nationality is Arabian, Egyptian, Malaysian with a hint of Portuguese, she was born in London, England. She moved to Vancouver, Canada at the age of two. From shining in elementary school choirs to selling out concerts around the world, Shairah has always gained the publics attention.
Shairah’s vocal influences include Mariah Carey, Sade, Aaliyah, Sarah Vaughn, Frank Sinatrathe list goes on. She absorbs techniques quickly and puts them to use in her own vocal style. Shairah sings harmonies and melodies effortlessly, crossing and blending genres with ease, strength, and with a passion that breathes life into her provocative lyrics.
With Charting singles in Europe and South-East Asia, Shairah continues to receive recognition for the talented, dedicated accomplishment that she is. Tours for these areas will commence Summer 2008.

On the Jazz side of things, Shairah was lead vocalist of Tangerine, an outstanding Jazz Standard duo. Shairah continues to make elite performances accompanied by her Jazz Quartet Something Cool while working on her next album Shairah ’s undying love for Jazz led her to record 2 Jazz Standard CD’s.
Shairah’s dedication, motivation and love for music are the ever lasting flames which made her an outstandingly established R&B/Soul Artist.
