About Me

I was born in Italy where I spent the most important part of my life growing up in the artistic city of Rome. I arrived in London some years ago to pursue my passion for music and song-writing in a more open minded world.
Today I find myself studying Music & Media Management at "London Metropolitan University" to prepare myself professionably to face the real music world, that awaits in my future.
I am a composer and I play guitar, piano and drums.
My inspiration derives from many different styles of music. From being raised up with the brightness of "the Beatles" and of "the Who" thanks to my Dad and on the other hand with the sweetness and the warmth of James Taylor's strings and vocals, Bossa nova, Paul Simon, Burt Bacharach, Neil Young and many many others that I owe to the love of my mother.
Amazing and important plans for my future:
I am now working with one of the most important film-music composers in Italy, Louis Siciliano ( www.myspace.com/louissiciliano ). Together with Maurizio Clemente we wrote a beautiful song for an italian movie, that will be released in June 2008, called "ARIA!" (directed by Giorgio Arcelli Fontana). The song will be sung by Caterina Sangineto who is one of the most beautiful celtic voices around. Plus, a rock version of the same song has just been recorded as well, different lyrics i wrote myself and different performer..ME Myself!!This version will be on the movie as well!
Also these tracks will be released on a Warner Chappel soundtrack cd out in store by the end of the year 2008.
In march i also started to work on my music with a top producer( who collaborated with Bryan Adams, Tom Jones, Westlife and many more..). We are currently recording some of my tracks that are going to be released soon as my first EP record. But at the moment I can't say more...Stay Tuned!:-)

Ithaca gave you the marvelous journey.
Without her you wouldn't have set out.
She has nothing left to give you now.
And if you find her poor, Ithaca won't have fooled you.
Wise as you will have become, so full of experience,
you'll have understood by then what these Ithakas mean.
