Earn money for Officer Commissions!
Effective for Officer Commissions dated on or after 14 August 2007, Recruiting Assistants (RAs) can earn up to a total of $8,500 for select Officer Accessions!G-RAP is available to traditional M-Day Soldiers and Army National Guard (ARNG) Retirees and is independent from your role as a current or former Soldier of the ARNG. As a current Soldier, your role as a Recruiting Assistant (RA) should only be fulfilled on your civilian time, not while fulfilling ARNG duties. As a G-RAP RA you will cultivate quality Officer Candidates from within your spheres of influence and work with an Officer Strength Manager (OSM) or Warrant Officer Strength Manager (WOSM) to process the Officer Candidate and move them towards accession.
