I am the mother of three fantastic grown children - 2 live in the USA - my youngest lives here in Oz. I have two beautiful granddaughters in the USA. I am married to a great Australian bloke. I have lived on the east coast of Australia for 7-1/2 years. I lived in the Lake Macquarie area for 6 years - now I live on the Central Coast of New South Wales. I have spent most of my time in Australia on the beaches shell seeking, watching the waves, and listening to the astounding sea. The ocean speaks to my soul. I am a genuine nature lover and feel most at ease outdoors. I was born and raised in IDAHO and I have also lived in WASHINGTON State, and in Phoenix, ARIZONA.I was diagnosed with breast cancer on the 24th of October 2006. I hope my journey will help me to inspire and encourage others. I have had surgery, completed 30 radiation therapy treatments and had 18 weeks of chemotherapy which began on 22 March 2007 and are now finished. I am an 18 month breast cancer survivor! The only treatment I currently receive is Arimidex tablets which stops estrogen production in my body and helps stop the risk of recurrence (even though it makes me feel rotten).My personality type is INFJ.
