Band Members: This five piece unit hail from the idyllic town of Cheltenham in England. Ranging in ages from late 20’s to mid 30’s the guys have many years experience in the various circuits around the country. Although they all do normal 9-5’s they spend hours writing, recording and playing as often as possible.The story begins many years ago when the singer and bass player had a great band back in the late 90’s. After realising the time wasn’t quite right back then and various personnel challenges they boys went their separate ways…………. Until now.In a nutshell, The songs are largely acoustic driven with fat bass, swirly keys and wizard guitar playing. The styles range from pretty mellow acoustic dittys, to rocking distorted bass solos. Everyone has a prominent part to play in the band so listen and enjoy.Loz Apperly – vocals, acoustic guitar, songwriterThe songwriting guru who some say is the missing brother of Matt Bellamy (muse) and Thom Yorke (radiohead) but with ginger hair. Loz is a fantastic acoustic guitar player, singer and songwriter who gives the band a framework to create from.David Gray. – fretless and fretted bass, recording engineer & producerThe fretless bass is major part of the band. It certainly doesn’t stop there. David uses a multitude of effects to create and express the emotion that the songs are trying to portray. Daves influences of Funk, Metal and Jazz all combine to glue the work together.Simon Moth. – keyboards, drum programming, electric guitar, backing vocalsSimons musical pedigree is one to be reckoned with. He is master on the keys and uses some amazing sounds as well as creating great melodies and soundscapes. Also a talented guitarist with a razor sharp musical ear, his input is vital to the band not to mention the programming skills for drums which we’ve needed to record with.Darrel Welch – electric and acoustic guitarDarrel is probably the quietest in the band. Probably because he is a doctor in maths and feels as though he is above us. This guy can play guitar like no one else. His style is a mix of blues and funk with amazing finger picking style. Always delivers a killer tone and awe inspiring licks.
