Based in the world renowned monitoring room of Metropolis Audio’s Studio 1, Edensound Mastering is Australia’s first Authorised Focusrite Blue Mastering Suite. Our outboard gear also includes Tube-Tech Multiband compression, a TC FinalizerPlus, Apogee Convertors, and the Audient Sumo summing amplifier. We’ve even written our own CD writing and PQ editing software specifically to meet the demands of digital cd mastering.
Our clients have included international and local artists as diverse as Joe Cocker, Jimmy Barnes, Marcia Hines, Deep Purple, Killing Heidi and Michael Franti. Recent Edensound Mastering hits include Shannon Noll’s ARIA #1 double platinum album “Lift†and #1 Single "Shine", John Farnham’s ARIA #2 double platinum album “I Remember When I Was Youngâ€, and Lee Harding's platinum ARIA #1 single "Wasabi".
Edensound Mastering also offers clients our Machine Room, used primarily for vocals and mixing. Featuring a fully equipped ProTools HD3 system, quality outboard gear, an acoustically designed vocal booth, and access to a large collection of quality mics, it’s the perfect place to put the finishing touches on a home studio mix before moving into the mastering room.
We offer PC and Mac compatibility, a secure FTP system for non-local clients, and guarantee our masters for duplication.
