Pissing everyone off since February 9th 1968...

About Me

Born on February 9th 1968 in Anahiem (down the road from Disneyland) California, raised in Garden Grove. Lived there for about 20 years. It rocked! What a cool life that was when I was young. My parents stayed married until I hit adulthood. I was lucky to have both my mother and father at the same time in my life. Only lived in 2 houses in Garden Grove with my parents and half-brother. At the 2nd house, my sister came into my life. I was the middle child. I seemed to get everything that I desired as a kid. It was incredible. My sister and brother hated me for that. My brother got over it though... I liked school at first and then it just seemed kinda dumb. It got really dumb when the school made me go to a doctor who ended up prescribing a high dose of Ritalin to me. I lost weight, got manic depressive and hated everyone, including GOD. So I ended up partying alot when I was a teenager. I started working when I was 12 for my parents business and didn't quit it until it was out of business at the ripe age of 18. Getting a job after that was easy. I worked where I wanted and who I wanted for. I was really interested in playing music at 5. I wanted to play the guitar. The neck was way too big for my tiny hands so I ended up playing the viola at school when I was 8 or 9. After that was over I ended up talking my mom into getting a piano and soon took lessons. That's where I learned about music theory. Right before I turned 16 I discovered I could play the guitar and since then nothing has stopped me. I got married when I was 25 and was divorced by the age of 31. That wasn't fun. The relationship wasn't fun except for the 1st month. Oh well, live and learn. She told me that I was a rebound from a previous relationship. She went out with that guy for 5 years. I lived with her for about 4 years and then we were married for about 6 years & had two children, so I guess that qualifies me as a rebound. On October 27th 1997 I was injured on the job. My right arm was mangled so bad that the surgeons wanted to amputate my arm. My ex-wife told them not to do that, that it would be the end of me since I play guitar. I thank her for that. So they reconstructed my arm and put it back together as best as they could. Had physical therapy on my arm for about 8 months. Did the best I could to get everything back. I came up short. Haven't had a decent job since. Never gave up playing the guitar though. Ended up in a couple of bands in Boise that seemed to leave their mark here. I love playing through my Line 6 2.3 POD. I have an XT Live as well which is more complex on setting up programs and harder to get cool tones but now I've somewhat figured it out (when you use the Marshall JCM 800 setting, you should use the greenback 25's cab instead of the Brit T75 cab) so now I play it live. Amazing what tones and effects you can get out of just one pedal. I used racks way back when and now it's just being consolidated into one pedal. At the moment I'm attending college at night. I plan on have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in about 3 years. And I have a day job! I also get paid too. That hasn't happened in about 5 years. My last boss just smoked all my wages. He's really cool like that. All the best to him and his family. I just got married last month! Nikki and I had a blast. It was a good turnout, and we had my ex-drummer's (RJ) band (Riff Raff) play the reception and it rocked! I even played a few songs along with them. Nikki said it was the best day of her life, and I have to say the feeling was mutual. We flew my best friend (Richard) from Southern Ca. a week prior to the wedding and we all had fun while he was here. We drank, jammed, and watched some movies and talked about the good old days. Recently I've been working my Line 6 XT Live with some online stuff, so as soon as I get some recording of what I've been up to lately I'll make up a myspace music page to show you what crazyness I do on the guitar nowdays. I think I'm wearing my 7-string Dean Avalance out. Well, that's about it for now. I'm sure there will be more to add later. My Interests

Interested in knowing someone who's on the raw-food diet. I don't want to end up like most Americans later on in life who have to take pharmaceuticals just to get through the day. Nothing against meat eaters or anything, I just want to be healthy. Eating cooked foods is an addiction I desire to kick. I don't want to die going all raw either cause I understand that your body goes through toxemia that could be fatal. I thought I was never addicted to anything till I read up on raw foods. Don't want to be a vegan either. Just have a need for a mass amount of chlorophyll in my diet...Fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. That's gotta be the way to go!

I'd like to meet:

Melissa, my older sister. Amanda, my daughter. GOD, but not just yet. Would've loved to jam with Dimebag, but someone fucked that all up. Paul McCartney, Snoop Dogg, Kermit, Alice Cooper, Jason Becker, Phil Anselmo, Underdog, the Tidy Bowl Man (he won't come out of the toilet) Angus Young (I don't think I could have a conversation with his heavy accent though..just a cool jam would be nice) Gumby not Pokey, definitly the Block Heads, and Mr. Bill (it would be cool to see what the Blockheads would do to Mr Bill, OH NO!).

Music:

Rock

Movies:

Anything by Quetin Taritino, (did I spell that right?) and Stephen King. Movies in general usually put me to sleep. More to add later.....

Television:

Liked to watch T.V. as a kid. Hate it now. I like to watch Fox News. It's kinda like that old television series "White Picket Fences" but on steriods. Pure entertainment. Bill O'Rielly is just crazy to watch. A true meat eater. Making sure the leader of the free world doesn't fall on his face. Kinda like Larry the next door neighbor from "Wait till your father gets home". Not many people saw that though. It was like "The "Simpsons" in the 70's. The world wasn't ready for that. God I'm old!
