The greatest compliment I receive is your referral of friends and family to me....

About Me

I am Jason, 33 years old and living in Southern Idaho. I love meeting new friends on Myspace, I have met a lot of good people in the year and a half that I have been on here. My little girl Avery means the most to me, she's my pride and joy. I am always glad to meet new people and friends.I am also a real estate agent for RE/MAX River Valley. I love being a realtor, couldn't imagine doing anything else. Let me know if you are needing a good realtor or know someone who does, I love to meet and help new people._____________________________________________________ _________Here is the best lender in the area, Julie Hart, with Indymac Bank. She's aggressive on finding the best rates and lowest closing costs for her clients, and stays in communication through the whole process. She's also licensed in all 50 states, so hit her up anytime for your purchases, refi's, or if you know anyone, anywhere needing to get a great deal on a loan._______________________________________________________ _______ ____________________________________________________________ _Here are some of the homes that I have had the pleasure of selling:These are about 2/3 of the homes I have sold the last few years. Some of the ones from way back didn't have pictures available on them still. I can remember every one of these deals, what memories just putting these pictures together, I made a lot of friends with my valued clients.____________________________________________________ _______Speaking of homes, here is the one I live in. Not a bad pile of bricks.... ___________________________________________________________H ere is the real estate rig, you may see this cruising through your neighborhood in the near future! This awesome myspace layout is from CompleteMyspace.comwww.Illuminatelife.org___________________ ________________________________________

My Interests

First off, being a great father to my daughter Avery is number one. She makes me want to be a better person and a harder worker every day. That smile melts my heart every time.________________________Second would be being a Top Producing Real Estate Agent for RE/MAX, I'm a member of the 100% Club.________________________Golf is something I really like and I am playing a lot more lately. I broke 100 on 18 holes for the first time this year which was my goal for 2006. Since it happened in April, new new goal is to break 90 before the end of the year. Let me know if you have a hookup at a golf course for free rounds, and we'll go play! Here's my set that I use. Can you guess which brand I favor at all? LOVE THESE CLUBS!
Golf Survey
Driver? Callaway Big Bertha 460 (For me, it was longer and straighter then the FT-i and FT-5, and cheaper to boot).
Irons? Callaway X-20's, steel shafts
Wedges? same, but I also have a Callaway forged lob wedge too, 60 degree loft
Putter? Callaway i-TRAX
Pro V's or HX's? HX's
Golf Mag or Golf Digest? Golf Digest
Black Shoes or White Shoes? White with brown and tan, Nike's. I like them enough to wear them off the course. Ok, not really, but they look COOL.
Bag? Callaway Big Bertha, Navy and black.
Home Course? Lakeview, Meridian ID. Like to play any and all though, new ones especially.
Mock Neck or Polo? Polo with my RE/MAX logo, so people know I am a realtor!
Hybrid? Callaway X 3i
Remember Taylor Made Balls? NO
Tiger or Phil? Tiger, I haven't bought all those video games for nothing now.
Visor or Cap? Cap....Gotta protect that melon in the heat!
Glove or no Glove? Glove
Best Company? Callaway. Bet ya didn't see that coming huh?
Can u Hit a 1 iron? Never tried and don't want to, 2 iron was hard enough!
Best Golf Teacher? a pro, I imagine. Bobby Jones "How I Play Golf" on the golf channel rocks too.
Best Major? The Masters
Best Course? Pebble Beach
Handicap? I don't know for sure, it's complicated to figure, but I have been shooting high 90's lately.
Do u hate the British open? No. I can't hate anything golf related.
Ever Play PIG? No, but we play POISON with the tee box when delayed by people in front.
Will DiMarco Ever Win a Major? Sure
Remember The Q-RAY NO
Cart or No Cart? Cart for 18, no cart on 9
Who Are Your Regulars My brother will be now that he's back in town, my dad, Timm, Danny and Danny.

CREATE YOUR OWN! - or - GET PAID TO TAKE SURVEYS!________________________If we were to play a game of racquetball, I am pretty sure I'd win._________________________I like to train at the Nampa Rec Center 5-6 days a week. Keeps ya young and in good shape for sports. I guess I am one of those people who enjoys getting to go to a gym and pushing my limits. 14 years of training and counting! ________________________I love music and concerts and have seen bands such as Page and Plant, Guns 'n Roses, Aerosmith, Velvet Revolver, Black Eyed Peas, Shinedown, Def Leppard, Van Halen, Evanescence, Hinder, The Scorpions, Poison, Skid Row, Ted Nugent, George Thorogood, Deep Purple, Motley Crue, CKY, Dio, The Offspring, Unwritten Law, A Simple Plan, Hoobastank, Cheap Trick, HED PE, The Outfield, others I am sure.________________________I like to travel and hope to see Italy and Greece someday in the near future...._______________________If you know me or think you do, hit me up, tracking down old friends is pretty cool....

I'd like to meet:

Dave Chappelle, he is one funny cat. Dane Cook too, hilarious. They'd be cool to hang with and have a good laugh. Anyone who is interesting, people from the past that might have known me before. New friends are always welcome of course. As well as new clients who need a hard working realtor, that would be me!_________________________________________________________ __
