About me: My name is Georgina and I'm one of the regional representatives for Dark Angel Promotion here in the United States. The function of this profile is for metal bands, fans, labels, marketing and distro's to identify resources and collaborate with one another .
What we do?
Dark Angel Promotion (DAP) helps facilitate this goal by acting as a worldwide consortium, assisting bands in their promotional and marketing activities, providing direction for bands and artists that are either outside or within the underground.
We focus on numerous genres of metal as well as goth and industrial. Not everything falls into these categories but that is a general scope. We work with both signed as well as unsigned bands.
HISTORY: Dark Angel Promotion started in Greece by owner Efi Kalfa (aka Serpentia) in 2003 by envisioning a multinational idea of metal music promoting. Launching an enterprise of media related activities her efforts sparked interest taking metal music publicity to the forefront of the underground.
VISION: Artist advertising for both signed/unsigned acts aiming towards publicity through media marketing.
GOAL: Ultimately exposing artist talent through various media outlets from label interests to press related support.
MISSION STATEMENT: Promote your band to the world. In today’s metal music market where extreme music takes another level Dark Angel Promotion unleashes just that.
