BARETTA is an one-man electronic music performance that seeks to bridge the gap between funky style and electro-rock at high speed. Began like a multi-talented young singer and musician, in the mid-90's have gained him titles in the press has made a name for himself as an energetic headliner and wild stage presence. To take off in 1998 his first international release ‘Come to Love’ (Emanate Records) has established himself as one of the leading figures of the italo electrofunk movement. On Jennuary 2000 come out on own italian based Social Beat/Bluetomato Records label and with his debut full length CD called ‘Superfunk! EP!’, took chances to put out pure very contemporary mixture of rock, hip hop, and soul music! His show, which is often accompanied by the video projections of the Ministry Of Pixel artist, is a colorful and humorous performance that seeks to put the entertainment back into electronic music. In March 2006 BARETTA & The FM GANG had released ‘S.H.A.D.O. The New TV-Movie X’, has performed a lively support act and flamboyant singing all over Europe with his specially made suitcase that has a microphone, sampler and hard disk recorder built into it.
