After winning titles as Miss Tri-Cities, Miss Washington and placing first in the talent competition at the Miss America pageant, Kristine went on to pursue her educational and musical dreams in Las Vegas, where she found success headlining her own show at the Las Vegas Hilton.Numerous awards followed, including several ‘Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year’ wins and being officially sanctioned as the entertainer who performed more live shows at the Las Vegas Hilton than any other performer in its history - including Elvis! This award led to June 28th being officially sanctioned Kristine W day in the state of Nevada.After conquering Las Vegas, Kristine reached the top of the dance charts in 1994 with the now classic anthem "Feel What You Want" landing at ..1 on Billboard's Dance Chart and holding at the top five in more than ten countries worldwide. Signing with RCA Records and releasing the 1996 critically acclaimed, LAND OF THE LIVING, Kristine catapulted to the top of the dance music spotlight with two more singles, the beautifully spun "One More Try," which won Kristine an ASCAP Award for co-writing, and the album's title track "Land Of The Living," in which the artist shares real experiences of survival and overcoming life's obstacles.NOTABLESThe first artist in the history of Billboards Hot Dance Club Play to produce a string of NINE consecutive ..1 singles.

Kristine recently took home two awards from the 19th Annual International Dance Music Awards, one for Best Solo Dance Artist and the other for the single Some Lovin with Murk, as Best House/Garage Track.The Wonder of It All was most recently heard on the popular CBS daytime drama, As The World Turns. This single was also the 5th best selling single on the Billboard Dance Charts.The Fly Again single has been used in numerous television shows including special openings by CNN.Save My Soul and Some Lovin have crossed over internationally and became number one hits in Australia and Israel.The video for Fly Again spent two months at ..1 on the CVC charts.Kristine recently finished recording her hit single Land of the Living with Patti Labelle. DJ SANTA FECordero has been a Santa Fe resident since 1978 and the first to bring the role of DJ to the city. Disco was just beginning. His first performance started at the Senate Lounge in the summer of 1979 as he, his sister, Marghreta Cordero (local musician, Nacha Mendez), and Marcus Zafarano introduced Santa Fe's first two-turntable set up. The Senate Lounge was known for playing 45's and 12" disco remixes. The only catch was that the records were played on one turntable!In 1980, he was instrumental in the organization of Santa Fe's most illustrious nightclub El Paseo de La Luz, which is the old theatre on San Francisco Street that most recently was the Banana Republic.

Other venues in the history of Santa Fe where he has spun include The Chase, Sams Back Door, Cactus Club, Rio Cafe;, Club West, Edge, Club 414, Cargo Club, Aloha!, Double A Bar, and Bar B. Many dont realize that Cordero was the first to approach the owner of Double A Restaurant and convince him to host Wednesday and Saturday night dances. The rest is history as the Double A became The Paramount.His passion has been mentoring many aspiring Santa Fe DJ's who may now be aptly tagged "The Next Generation". He continues to create a learning environment for those who share similar musical interests. First, the Brazilian DJ's/Producers Macau and VMC joined their talented music background to make hot tunes inspired by house music. Second, they needed a strong name which could express the real meaning of being DJ's and producers. So, ALTAR was chosen. We came from heaven. To bring you drums, happiness, dreams, fire and love sing the duo. ALTAR comes from the summit of the clubs to pray for the music; to pray for the dancefloor; to pray for the DJ's and to pray for the crowd. Their fast growing reputation was first built with the hit SEXERCISE, released in 2003 by SHEEVA RECORDS (12 vinyl - USA) and became the starting point that led them to the top parade of radios and clubs. The strong beat and exotic lyric were the perfect combination that called the attention of DJ's and producers. Most of them ranked some of ALTAR's tracks in their playlists. Some selected it to make part of special compilations because of that they had its music distributed around the world. As DJ's and producers by heart, ALTAR spins in top clubs, maintaining a special bond with their public. In fact, they inspire thousands of people to dance to exclusive remixes, that only can be heard in their live performances. Only the people who have the priviledge to dance to ALTAR live performances can express how original and energetic they are. They are not limited to play hits, but they also dance, sing unique songs, perform with special light effects and much more. Their charisma comes from the perfect synch between the music and the fans.
