About Me

Married. Cat. We went to Ireland and I've got pictures below. Enjoy!

You are The Moon

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

My Interests

Shopping online. Card making. Book making. Internet. Travel. Music. Reading. I have been beading. I am now addicted to beads. I like making bracelets with seed beads and crystals-needle and thread stuff...very portable projects and easy to do. Beautiful results in a short time.

I'd like to meet:

all my favorite musicians who have died and gone to rock and roll heaven. That includes my brother Glen Buxton who passed away in 1997. My brother was also known as "The Blonde Bomber." I have a Yahoo group dedicated to him called Glen Buxton's Cold Room. Any clubs or websites not done by me or my brother Ken are not official. I have also made a myspace page just for Glen. Check it out.http://www.myspace.com/glenbuxtonofficial http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/glenbuxtonscoldroom/I'd love to meet Keith Richards! I love the bad boys of rock! Oh, and my latest interest, Anthony Bourdain. His show is smart, hip, and hilarious.Don't send a lame St. Patrick's Day eCard . Try JibJab Sendables !I'd also like to meet Howard Stern!!! Gotta love that Howard! Hey now!.... ..I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

Music:

Make A Tombstone Memorial Alice Cooper, of course. Good rock and roll from the 60s and 70s. Who the heck is this? I think it might be the early Alice Cooper band called the Spiders! Cool!

Movies:

Good to See You Again, Alice Cooper. Diary of a Mad Housewife. West Side Story. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Almost Famous. Sid and Nancy. The Doors. Big. Steel Magnolias. Fried Green Tomatoes. Casablanca. The Thin Man movies. All the MST3 movies. Thelma and Louise. The Banger Sisters. Easy Rider. Dr. Zhivago. Exodus. Cool Hand Luke. Legends of the Fall. Uptown Girls. Driving Miss Daisy. Silence of the Lambs. Rain Man. Annie Hall. Goodfellas. The Godfather movies. Gone With the Wind.

Television:

All My Children. I tape it and watch every day. ER. Deadwood. Six Feet Under. Entourage. Nip/Tuck. Gilmore Girls-very funny show with lots of bizarre references. You have to be quick to catch all of them. It's like Dennis Miller for non-political people. Simpsons. Monk. Mad Men. Rescue Me. Dirt. Anthony Bourdain-No Reservations.

Books:

Yes. Yes. and yes. I love books! All kinds of books. I'll read anything except religious garbage. I've just finished Clapton's latest autobiography and am now reading Pattie Boyd's Wonderful Tonight. Very interesting. Also, go check out her website. Lots of beautiful pictures of her and George and Eric. Dorothy Parker. Anthony Bourdain. Just read Valerie Bertinelli's book, Losing It. Very good background info on her marriage to Eddie Van Halen.
I'm reading AsEverWas by Hammond Guthrie. It is an autobiography that partly takes place in 1960s Hollywood. A very good read.
I'm reading the book Audition, by Barbara Walters. How could she have dated Alan Greenspan? ick.

Heroes:
