About Me

Originally *Nuance at Noon* started as an all girl trio, it then later became an all girl quartet and it's now a 5 piece mix. The lot of us has been playing since early Fall of 2006 and as the singer and songwriter I'm amazed every day, that musicians as good as I think these guys and girls are, want to play with me, my songs. Good people, good musicians.. what more could a girl ask for!?
I went to Gotland in May 2006 to participate in one of Brett Perkins songwriting retreats and fell in love with no less than 18 people, all at once. heavy week.. When I got back we played at the ROX festival spring 2006 with the early *Nuance at Noon* and later that fall I went to Sweden with my guitar and attended the Livingroom concerts with Annika Fehling and Brett Perkins (home;) on Gotland. After that I started piecing together a new *Nuance-band* - Nicoline who's been a Nuance girl from the start and who still plays a leading role, took a liking to the banjo and we now have our very own, very lovely spice- boys - group!
At some occasions *Nuance at Noon* can be experienced as a duo, consisting of me on vocal and guitar, and Nicoline Christensen on banjo and vocal. The repertoire here changes a bit, but everything still very original, of course ;)
