Grab Some Booty!

About Me

We're just a band of pirates lookin' fer a good time. We play pseudo-celtic, traditional celtic, folk and cover other people's songs in new and interesting ways.
I created my own profile using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM and you should too!

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: pirateconspiracy.com
Band Members: Captain Hallighan K. O'Malley and First Mate Fast Jack McInturner. Quartermaster Grim Jim McGill appears on recorded songs courtesy of Cleverman Records.
Influences:

Captain O'Malley

The Pogues (duh), Blue Heelers, Great Big Sea, Campbell and Wilson, Flogging Molly, any traditional Celtic band I've ever heard, Mighty Swim, KT Tunstall, lots of 80s metal and new wave bands and various nameless mariachi bands (song for the lady?).

Fast Jack McInTurner

Jean Lafitte, With out him New Orleans would not be. Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Depeche Mode, New Order, The Cure, The Pogues, The Dubliners, The Raindogs/The Blue Heelers, Dropkick Murphy's, Flogging Molly. Our Kilted friends Campbell & Wilson. "Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street". If you think Musicals are wimpy you are definitely missing out, Think straight razors and meat grinders. Can you say a bloody feast to fill even the most ravenous canibal? I knew you could. Finally all those from the open session who make you feel at home and are ever eager to welcome new blood.
Sounds Like: A pseudo-Celtic influenced folk band with a little latin flair and blues mixed in here and there, with, of course, some country cuz we do live in Texas after all!
Record Label: We don't need no stinkin' label!
Type of Label: None
