About Me

Warped orchestra has been togather for around a year and a half, first of all beginning with the name Hansel and Gretel with the hopes of being an industrial techno band. The two founding members Alec and Jack then fell upon the idea of electronica and played a couple of gigs as a two piece noise band. After a while Alec and Jack decided that the texture in the band was not thick enough and recruited a bass player (Dan Jones) and a rhythm guitarist (Alex James). After another couple of abysmal shows, the songwriting progress of the band slowed down and for unknown reasons dan left. As a three piece, the band now were progressing quickly with songwriting and were set to play battle of the bands feelng very confident with the organisation of the songs, but then disaster struck, jack broke his arm. Now jack is now fixed and we are starting to play more live gigs and doing a lot more with the band. Thats the story so far and we will update you when things change..................from Alex, Alec and his own bad self Jack.If you would like to ask us to play or just have your say send us an email at [email protected]
