Acelsia on SellaBand MyGen Profile Generator MyGen Profile GeneratorAcelsia is a rock band from Norway, inspired by many different artists. All the members got different influences, but together they create an emotional, melodic rock sound.The group starded out with the two current members, Malene Markussen(vokal) and Nils Engeness(bass) with two other friends as "View" in the summer of 2006. They helped Malene in studio recording some songs she had created with her guitar. After they had recorded a selection of songs, Malene and Nils decided to look for a permanent live band. They soon found HÃ¥kon Hellerud(drums) and Marius Pedersen (guitar), and had a group line up by the fall of 2006. By the Beginning of 2007 they changed their group name to "Acelsia", recorded a new demo and starded sending out their music trying to be heard. Odd Henning Skyllingstad (guitar) Joyned the group after a time of seaching in October 2007.
