Ronald Regan, the Presedint of USA in 1986 orderd USAF to make little raid on Qaddafi regime of Libya .
The raid was in April 15, 1986 at 2:00 am Libyan time, and lasted about 15 minutes.
It resulted some casulty among Libyans innocent in both big cities of Libya Tripoli and Benghazi, and damge in Qaddafi military compund.
