Jimmy Carter, Bill and Hillary Clinton, John and Elizabeth Edwards, Brett Farve, Ted Turner, Lewis Black, Norm MacDonald, Bill Maher, Jon Stewart, Sean Penn, Chris Rock, James Carville, Alec Baldwin, Goldie Hawn, Barbra Streisand, and would have loved to have met Katharine Hepburn, Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, and John Kennedy.
Rock, rap, gospel, classical, jazz, blues, some country, 70's, 80's, 90's, pop, opera, hip-hop, celtic, top 40, opera, instrumental. Always love the standards of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Etta James, Johnny Mathis, Patsy Cline. Love Bocelli. Nobody sings like Elton John, Pink, Macy Gray, Fergie. Christina Aguilara probably has the best natural voice. Queen. Rolling Stones. Black Eyed Peas. Beatles. New favorite is Luan Parle. Pretty much anything. When asked who my absolute favorite singer is my natural response is I don't know, but when asked if I could only listen to one performer all day every day, it would have to be Rod Stewart because of his voice and the diversity of his music, it would not be boring.

Anything political, historical, biographical, autobiographical, or anything about different religions, cultures, and points of view. Loved "The DaVinci Code". "Palestine Peace Not Apartheid" by Jimmy Carter and found it very interesting and eye-opening. (also went to the Carter Center to hear the "Conversation" about the book in February)
Jimmy Carter and Robert Kennedy, and anyone who risks their lives for others and/or gives their time to help others. I respect anyone who is willing to take a stand for principles even when other people may disagree or it may not be a popular or politically correct point of view (Dixie Chicks, Sean Penn, Susan Sarandon, Barbra Streisand, Rosie O'Donnell, Tim Robbins, Alec Baldwin, Bono, Brad Pitt, Lou Dobbs). In other words, anyone couragous and selfless enough to show their pride and love for America and the Constitution enough to speak up to protect them. Anyone who is not afraid to tell the truth and stand on conviction of belief regardless of the consequences. Anyone who is not afraid to hear a different point of view and be willing to alter how they see, think, or perceive the reality of their own views with additional information, life experience, or witness.
