Dedicated to my work for and about children which translates into my Ph.D. in Culture, Curriculum and Change (that's 4REAL- was 1 OF THE FIRST 3 in the CCC Program at UNC-CHAPEL HILL in 1998 and completed my Ph.D in the NEW PROGRAM in 2002). http://soe.unc.edu/academics/ccc/Driven by motivation to leave this world a bit brighter for those that come after me....constantly face the question, "What kind of ancestor would you like to be?" Surround myself with kids, animals and positive, socially-responsible adults. An activist to the core- I believe that if you're not part of the solution---you're part of the "problem." Love music, culture (especially that which bubbles up from the streets), the arts and nature--(au natural' --essence of all things).
