Anyone interesting
I like all sorts of music...I have always loved rock, but I also love some electronic music (breaks, trip-hop, electronica, breakcore, jungle etc). There has got to be some reggae and dub in there somewhere, and a bit of hip-hop (british, not american rap!).
My favourite artists of the moment include: NIN, Muse, DJ Shadow, Smashing Pumpkins, Massive Attack, Tool, Aphex Twin, Dreadzone, Plump DJ's, Shitmat, King Tubby, Mogwai, RATM, Saul Williams, Coldcut, Sikth, Squarepusher, Amon Tobin, UNCLE, Bonobo, Mr Scruff, Cinematic Orchestra, Bong-ra, Mars Volta, Nightmares on wax.
This is only a brief overview of the music I listen to as my favourite artists change from day to day.
I like strange and interesting films, altho I do also like a good comedy or horror. I also like my films to be interestingly filmed and produced so they look a bit different to the average hollywood drivel that comes out.
Tim Burton, Miyizaki, Darren Aronofsky, Quentin Tarantino, Chris Cunningham and David Lynch are all legends.
Some of my favourite films include: Fight Club, Spirited Away, Nightmare Before Christmas, 21 Grams, Pie, Requiem For A Dream, Mulholland Drive, Natural Born Killers, Pulp Fiction, Big Fish, House Of A Thousand Corpses.

Who needs them? Not many...people are people, why look up to them as heroes? No one is superhuman so anything that your 'hero' can do, you can do as well if you tried!
