About Me

Greetings, I am guitarist, teacher, composer, singer and songwriter Caspar Riis. The music you are listening to is examples of my solo work, mostly from many years ago, it has to be said. In recent times you will most likely see me teaching others how to get super-good-times from their own guitars, or playing with the fabulous eclectic bundle of fun and soulful energy that is 6 Day Riot. To hear 6 Day Riot, you can go here:

If you live in London and would like to get some guitar lessons, I have a good musical education and a few years teaching experience. I have a fairly unique playing style and I can help you to find your own, and use that to express yourself, make sounds that are pleasing to you, and experience good times, which is what its all about. :D
I still occasionally play and write for myself, the track entitled 'Gracious Love' being the most recent. I will endeavor to get more samples of recent work up on this page as soon as time and circumstances permit.
I also enjoy writing music for film and animation, proof of which I also hope to get up on this page as soon as possible. If you are a film maker or animator and would like to try some of my music for your production, get in touch, magical things could happen. I'll be willing to give my music away for free to the right project.
