By day, Arthur Bagshaw is a mild mannered librarian, but at night, he goes through an amazing transformation.After a Superhero dinner(Alcohol & pies)he becomes DIPMANIf anyone is in trouble, they just need to shout the magic words "By the power of sirrus & pie" & DIPMAN will be there within seconds* to help them, by singing out of tune DIP songs. DIPMAN will also sing for people who have never heard of DIP(although i don`t believe that such people exist)& turn them onto the mighty music of DIP, thgus saving their souls from a lifetime of damnation & Chaz & Dave songs.* Please note: he will only help if he can be bothered to get off his fat, lazy arse & doesn`t have climb any steps or steep hills. And, if Prisoner Cell Block H is on, you can fuck right off, you`re on your own.
