I was the second original member to join the league after the initial seven heroes banded together. Green Arrow made eight, and I joined in as the 9th "silver age" member--as chronicled in Justice League of America No. 14. My powers are that of shrinking to sub-atomic sizes. I could enter into your ear canal and split your skull open by growing larger inside your head. I am the second costumed guy to hold the title of "Atom." Al Pratt was the Atom of the "golden age" and was a member of the Justice Society. But he couldn't shrink.
