DJ ADAMUS - aka WET FINGERS (with MAFIA MIKE)
DJ, producer and composer - Adamus was born in 1975 in OPOLE - in the South of Poland, and now has relocated to Warsaw.
Currently, he has set-out on an exciting new & adventurous path in his career - the cooperation with FUTRO; one of most popular and famous lounge/club groups in Poland. Adamus made remixes for quite a few famous Polish bands like: MYSLOWITZ, MANNAM ,KASA, RENI JUSIS, and MODFUNK). ADAMUS leads the LIVEACT project together with DJ K.MILL on the 4 DECKS and with MR. HIDE on the microphone [under the name of POZYTYWKA SOUND SYSTEM]. With ADAMUS SOUND SYSTEM, he can create his own music (it's a mix of lounge nujazz and trip-hop music). In addition, with this sound system, he plays on decks, surrounded by 2 vocals - MR.HIDE and BETTY, as well as with an electronic vibraphone (YGOR).
In 2001/2002, Adamus composed music for a Polish underground movie and theatre performance in Wroclaw city. For 2 years between 2002 and 2004, he was the Music Director of the most popular radio station in Poland called Radiostacja Dj. Adamus has been invited to play in: FRANCE, BELARUS and the US of A as a special guest of the Miller Music Tour.
During the last 2 years he has played with many famous DJ's from around the word, mainly: CARL COX, TIMO MAAS, SHAKE DOWN, SONQUE, SASHA, PAUL OKENFOLD, ANDY CATO from GROVE ARMADA, MJ COLE, ARTFUL DODGER and many many more... He also played at the first Polish edition of the Creamfields Festival in 2003.
He is the first DJ in Poland, who performed in the popular TV show called the "KUBA WOJEWODZKI SHOW" (Polsat TV ). For 3 years, he had the pleasure of playing the background music there. His second run-in with the theatre was in cooperation with one of the most popular composers in Poland - JANUSZ STOKLOSA, and, with their talents combined, they completed the music for "ROMEO AND JULIA" the musical which was a great success and nearly sold out at every show.
Now he is excited to be working on his first own album, while also taking the time to help create remixes for top Polish artists. Also he enjoys being in collaboration with many of his friends in the music/DJ industry. DJ Adamus invites you to kick back and enjoy the music! Now he has special program in RADIOSTACJA (11 cities in POLAND) with club music. Every friday and saturday, he plays music in radio with MAFIA MIKE.
