DJ DUDEKK(1978), know as Tomasz Dudek. UW (University of Warsaw) Graduate, Pedagogic Dept, specialized in: Cultural Community AnimationDJ, Musician, Producer, Culture Promoter & Graphic Designer. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------HISTORY: ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------ He's in the music world since 1992. It was then when he started playing the lead guitar, the bass guitar, drums and did the vocals in alternative bands.He set up one of the first Polish acid jazz bands in 1996. His recordings appeared on the "Pepsi Faza" mix, were played on the "Radiostacja" radio station and were also presented on public TV "TVP1". The band received numerous praises and played many concerts. They were even chosen to take part in the International Musician Exchange Poland Denmark, where they completed music workshops and played a few concerts. The band was named: "Laki Lan" in 2000/2001 and is performing till now making a mind-blowing career. . In 2000 he set up a new collaboration with musicians, who are currently part of best Polish bands such as: "FISZ, KAYAH, SISTARS, RENI JUSIS, MANNAM. LAKI LAN". He started promoting the Club Culture in Poland and at the same time began working as a DJ in clubs in Warsaw. He worked in a music club "Muza", where he learned the spinning skills and studied club management. He recorded guitar and bass parts for a début record: "Superfuzja" for the electro house band MODFUNK /machine gun Ibiza/ seek records/. He managed massive events as well as bringing Kirk Degiorgio and Ian OBrien to Poland in cooperation with "Nova Versia" agency. In 2001 he opened a club "Organza" in Warsaw and became his resident and marketing & creative arts manager.2001 became a very significant year in his career, as Organza club became the most popular venue in Warsaw; therefore he as the manager received plenty of new offers & creative novelties. . In 2002, he left to the USA looking for adventures and musical inspirations. After he returned he started running a new club "Labo" in Warsaw (this club too joined Warsaws clubbing elite). www.laboklub.pl In 2003 he opened: DJs Bar Mosquito", where he was a resident DJ and creative arts manager. He managed many projects with French lounge music and brought many international artist to places such as: "uraw Bistro Klub" and "Iguana Lounge". 2004 He set up Amnesia club, where he was a DJ resident and marketing and creative arts manager. .In 2005 he returned to Labo Club as a resident and creative arts manager. He's the author of Jam Sessions Funky Town in Labo club. These are the all night Funk/ Hip-Hop/ Soul and Acid Jazz improvisations. The best Polish artists perform during these events, and sometimes even musicians from other parts of the world such as Boomfunk Mcs. He was co-organizer of the Clubs United Festival, where 3 best clubs in Warsaw were combined (Labo, Organza, Paprotka), where artists such as: Karminsky Experience, Sugar Caine, Bagatelle, Sonny Ji, Hype, SnowBoy and many more famous Polish stars performed. http://www.clubsunited.pl/2006 He set up MONO BAR, where he was a DJ resident and marketing and creative arts manager. Mono Bar this is new re-brand of Labo club. (Same place, new design, new owners, but still one of the best in Poland with Special Spirit). Mono Bar in 2009 still going well and right now has a many great expirience. ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------- In his DJ career he performed in many clubs all over Poland, he spinned during prestigious events for companies such as: Era-GSM, Heyah, Samsung, BMW Mini, Glaxo Smith Kline, Jansen Cilag, Bayer, Polymus, Leo Burnet, NOSBBDO, Finlandia Midnight Sun, Absolut, Peroni and many more. For magazines: Playboy, CKM, Cosmopolitan, A4, Fluid, Fashion Magazine, Glamour and he was a DJ resident (for two years) for "Christmas Party MTV internal parties. Currently he works with house, from ethnic sounds (latin - afro - tribal), through funk, disco & soulful to the newest trends in electro music, electro house & Rocking House. He owns a large Lounge, Jazz, NuJazz and ChillOut music collection, which he makes use of whilst creating a musical background for restaurants and clubs. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ GRAPHIC DESIGN: As a Graphic Designer he does the full graphic coverage for: Organza (2002-2006), Sheesha Lounge (2004-2006) and Sanatorium.
