Things I like: cuddling with my puppy Emmett; Sonoran monsoons; the Hudson River; footnotes; reading Harry Potter aloud to my partner; cookin' up shepherds pie or vodka sauce (all vegan, of course); finding eleven bottles of organic chocolate syrup in the dumpster (yeah, that actually happened); denouncing famous people as reactionary fuckers; semicolons; walking across bridges; doing impressions of Tony Danza to Tony Danza (that happened too); reviewing books on Reading Rainbow (true); making innocent suburbanites watch demented foreign films; talking about the old days incessantly; and skinnydipping in Loch Ness in January (do you even need to ask?).
Oh, and I also fell off the stage during my high school drama performance of GODSPELL because somebody (I'm talking to you, Jesus) kneeled on the wrong knee:
