International choreographer Stuart Bishop is the creator of the ‘Fusion Funk’ style & Co Director of Rudeye Dance Agency. Stuart has been described by industry professionals as the hottest choreographer of the 21st century - a choreographer & artistic director that visualizes the entire concept from beginning to end & delivers every time.
Stuart comes from a technical & theatrical dance background & his passion as a choreographer started from a very early age, inspired by the choreography in Michael Jackson videos such as ‘Smooth Criminal’ Stuart developed his own unique cutting edge choreographic style. By the time Stuart was in college he was winning awards for his choreography and artistic direction.
Stuart’s choreographic style sees him mix Jazz & Ballet disciplines with strength, power, dynamic funk styles (popping, locking, robotics) & mind blowing choreographic shapes & concepts, to create an individually tailored visual spectacular that continues to see Stuart provide faultless choreography for top artists, products & brands.
Stuart has choreographed world class advertising campaigns for Coca-Cola, Domino's & Sony Playstation as well as fashion & trade shows at Earls Court, London Olympia & the 'International Leaders Awards' at the Palais de Festival in Cannes where Stuart choreographed a fashion show for the worldwide launch of 'Sex Kitten' jewelry range.
Stuart has created ground breaking choreography for artists, brands and music events around the world including ‘Pretty Polly’s’ latest advertising campaign which saw Stuart choreograph the worlds first ever ‘Live billboard’ performance in the Japanese theatre style of Kuroko & the Petpo Music Festival in St Petersburg, Russia where Stuart choreographed an explosive 40min set for pop group ‘Digital Motion’.
Stuart has choreographed and appeared in no fewer than 7 top instructional DVDs including Pineapple's 'Ultimate Street' The 'Wow lets Dance' Series and Rudeye Dance Workshop’s Volumes 1 & 2’ & holds classes at the prestigious Pineapple Studios, London. Stuart takes masterclasses around the globe in his unique ‘Fusion Funk’ style, this has seen him in Houston - USA, Copenhagen – Denmark, Glasgow - Scotland aswell as judging the ‘Hip Hop International Championships’ in Madrid – Spain.
Closer to home Stuart has created stunning choreography for pop group ‘Cushh’ for their entire UK arena tour supporting ‘Westlife’ & ‘Shane Ward’ including performing at Wembley and the NEC plus thier live PAs for recent chart hit 'Do it to me' Stuart is also responsible for foxy pop diva Charlotte Stevens’ GTB UK tour.
