About Me

The Family Mahone were formed in 1998 to play a gig as a Pogues tribute on St Patricks night at the George & Dragon.

We have now released 3 albums of our own and some traditional drinking songs and have played at both Cropredy & The Cambridge Folk Festival - we have even supported the great but barely upright Shane McGowan in both Manchester and London.
